How Pinterest Can Help You

Ok… you have an upcoming photo session and you are having trouble figuring out what to wear, what style you want, or even what the feel of the shoot should be. Well, you probably have the most helpful tool at your fingertips and just haven’t buckled down on those pins!

Pinterest is so helpful when you are trying to figure out all of these things. Communication with your photographer is a huge plus but if you pair that with mood boards, and inspiration boards on your Pinterest…you’ve got it!

A great way to communicate what you’re thinking to your photographer is share boards with them, you can even make them private if you want. Plus…your photographer is a very visual person so they’d probably even appreciate this route even more!

Another way you can do it is use Pinterest boards to plan it out, get outfit ideas, inspiration etc. then ask your friends! More than likely they would jump on the opportunity to have their input on this. I know I would!

Not only can you use this for clothes and session theme ideas but it’s also a great tool for your hair and makeup.
